About the Mass Building Workout Section

Mass Building Workouts are designed specifically for the purpose of offering everyone effective ways to generate more quality muscles.

Can you really build muscle mass using Xpress Workouts that have you training in 30 minutes or less...absolutely!  If you only have 30 minutes or less to workout then these workouts are the way to go.  Why? Because we use what we coin as a, "strategic variation sequence."

We know muscle physiology and exercise biomechanics - that's our job.  Therefore, we design each and every workout with a designed purpose.
