Our Xpress Workouts are designed to get you quick results in minimal time.  All the workouts in this section will take you anywhere from 10 minutes to 30 minutes to complete.  For those of you who have a limited time due to busy schedules, kids, work, etc. these workouts are for you!


Fat Burning Workouts
- these workouts are designed to burn calories using specialized training protocols.  From circuits to intervals; it's all about calorie expenditure which will burn off that unwanted fat!






Mass Building Workouts
- want to build more muscle?  Then this section is for you.  From body-part targeting to packing on more size try these routines.







Functional Fitness
- When was the last time you played tag with your kids at the park?  Could you even do it?  How about getting yourself a body that can both perform when you need it to and that also looks great?  Our functional based workouts will prepare you anything: life's daily demands, work, sports, or adventure!





Home Workouts
- Don't belong to a gym or fitness center?  No problem!  This section includes numerous workouts you can do in your own home using your own bodyweight and/or minimal equipment.  *You can even visit our shop to purchase inexpensive in-home workout equipment.


Specialty and Themed Workout

The Tabata Protocol -
The Tabata Protocol was developed by Izumi Tabata, Ph.D., a former researcher at Japan's National Institute of Fitness and Sports in Kanoya--is an interval routine.  What we've done here is created a series of 4-minute workouts designed to give you great results in minimum time.  Keep in mind that the Tabata exercises and routines have a higher intensity because of the very short rest intervals.


300 Workouts - we've created and developed several specialty type workouts that have a specific theme incorporated into the program.  Out "300" workouts have been featured in the Chicago Tribune and is based from the same "300" movie workouts that the actors used to get into such incredible shape in minimal time.


BRIDE & GROOM WORKOUTS - Getting married soon?  Do you want to have an incredible body on your wedding day - and not to mention your honeymoon?  Our Bride and Groom workouts will do just that!  In a very short time these workouts will get you into great physical shape and help to reduce any pre-wedding stress.

Senior Fitness & Conditioning - Our senior fitness programs feature beginner to advanced levels of conditioning specific to the needs of older adults.  Our workouts are tailored to have you build and maintain valuable muscle and bone mass which normally decreases as we age.
